Privacy Statement Your privacy is important to both of us.
From time to time I may contact you by e-mail, but I will never sell your
contact information to a third party.
Return Policy I want you to be happy. If the jewelry you buy
does not meet your expectations due to size, color, fit, or for any other
reason, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund less the cost of
postage. Adjustments for size are not always possible, but if I can, I
will.
Repair Jewelry is delicate. If something breaks, gather all
the pieces and contact me regarding repair.
Shipping My standard shipping service is FREE to
any location in the USA via USPS Priority Mail with insurance coverage.
Shipments to other locations will be surcharged based on the shipping cost
from the carrier. My goal is to have your package in the mail within three (3)
business days of purchase pending verification and approval of your order.
Custom orders require extra time. Customers may choose an expedited shipping
method at an additional cost.
Spam Filter My e-mail server has an aggressive spam filter.
Sometimes it mislabels wanted e-mail as spam. If your e-mail to me bounces
back, please follow the instructions in the bounced message to resend your
message. When I receive your e-mail I will add your address to the white list
so my server knows you are sending e-mail that I want to receive.
